Falling film evaporator is an important equipment for food processing. There are strict safety specifications for the operation of falling film evaporator. Only professional operation specifications can better use and protect our own safety.

Safety measures for falling film evaporator
1. The factory shall provide necessary safety protection equipment for evaporator operation.
The factory shall regularly check the safety protection equipment required for production. The main equipment of workers includes (latex gloves, protective glasses, work clothes, earmuffs). Relevant operation specifications and safety signs shall be posted at the entrance and exit of the production workshop.
2. Safety tips
The operation manual shall be kept on the evaporator site for a long time. So that operators can refer to it at any time. In addition to the operation manual, the operator shall be familiar with and follow the industrial rules and relevant accident prevention and environmental protection measures.
3. Operator training
Only trained and qualified operators can operate on the concentration production line.
4. Automatic control system
Only the company trained or professional personnel can carry out the work on the automatic control system.
The on-site operating workers shall not change or adjust the relevant setting parameters of the PLC control system without authorization. We will not be responsible for the equipment damage caused thereby.
5. Noise control of concentration evaporator equipment
The noise level of this evaporator is less than 80 dB. If the noise level of the production line is too high due to other reasons, the factory must provide necessary noise protection measures for the operators.
6. Modification of equipment structure and process of falling film evaporator
Without the permission of the equipment manufacturer, the user shall not make any modification or change to the structure and process of the equipment.

If the equipment fails or the process structure needs to be changed, the equipment manufacturer must be notified in advance and approved by the authorized party.
