Liquid level control of material balance tank
The balance tank is equipped with a liquid level gauge, and the pneumatic valve is controlled by PLC, so that the real-time liquid level can be seen on the operation interface, and the high or low level alarm can also be carried out.
When the water level in the balance tank is too low, the water make-up gas valve will automatically open to make up soft water, thus avoiding the dry burning of the evaporator.
There is an electromagnetic flowmeter in the evaporator to measure the materials, and the relevant data information will be displayed on the PLC system, so that the operator can always know the entry of materials and control them in real time.
The temperature signal is detected by the temperature sensor, the steam valve is adjusted by the signal transmission, and the sugar content information is measured by the sugar content meter, so as to control the temperature and sugar content well.
There is a liquid level transmitter at the bottom of the tank, through which the liquid level signal is transmitted to the PLC system, so as to prevent the situation of high liquid level or idling due to lack of material.
Measure the vacuum degree of the evaporator through the vacuum pressure transmitter, and adjust the vacuum through the regulating valve to keep the vacuum degree of the whole equipment constant.
